If by some miracle you have any leftover, they are good reheated too.

Unless she cooks 2-3 pans there won't be any leftovers, because one pan will be murdered by just the two of us (mainly me).

Depends on where you are eating these finger sandwiches:
Wedding shower/baby shower-cucumber or chicken salad or blt
Tailgate party or work event:
Ham, turkey, chicken salad
