i hated cops before but those assbags havent called me yet and its been over a month since my bike got stolen so i hate them even more

They seriously don't give a shite about your bike. My vehicle was ransacked along with 4-5 others in the neighborhood one night. Had a laptop stolen so I called the police. They came by, swabbed for DNA in a few places, and told me I could expect a call from a detective within the next 2-3 days. I called a week later asking for the police report for insurance purposes and I guess they panicked because I was still interested so a detective called me 5 minutes after I hung up. Haven't heard from them again and it has been over a month.
The put that shite in the system to check pawn shops and what not and then stored it in the "IDGAF" bin. If it comes up, they'll act like heroes, but they're too busy writing speeding tickets to care about actual crimes like burglary.

The really unfortunate part of this story is that she can't defend herself from all of the criminals that want to hurt her.
