Selfish, lazy, pig of a sister-in-law that uses her parents!

Do you tell your sister-in-law that she she needs to back off your father in law and mother-in-law? I am tired of watching her use them! She and her husband live there while they are "building" a house (2 years now).
They help with nothing, pay for nothing, leave their kids (2 toddlers) with them all the the time, To the point that my I laws go out of state for periods of time to get away. My mother- in-law says she feels like a hostage in her own house, yet tells her nothing! The inlaws can never watch or help with any other grandchildren because their house is full. Sister-in- law feels intitled! Do I stay out of it or tell her she is a fat, lazy, pig?

I feel like I am dealing with the exact same scenario..
It doesn't really effect me so much, but I like my in-laws and don't like watching them roll over for an ungrateful daughter.
