Security system recommendations?

My builder gave me one year free with Certified Alarms. Year just ended now it’s $40 a month. I’ve been generally pleased with the service but curious as to what else is out there. I’m in Prairieville.

Call them and tell them you’re thinking of leaving. Tell them you’re a teacher. We pay 26 a month.

Just got a Canary system. Live cameras to your phone. Infrared, wireless. I think it’s like 7$ a month. Has alarm and linked to 911.

Check into Scout. That’s what I’m putting in the house as soon as it’s finished in 3-4 weeks. Already had one company call like they were locked in to the monitoring because they handle a lot of the builders clients monitoring. I just said no thanks I’ll handle it myself they seemed shocked. Same as when I told Cox cable adios.
