I watch video a couple of times. Am I missing something? Everyone on here is bashing the cops, calling it and anal search (that's why cops get killed, etc) and placing his fingers in his butt. Many times officers put on gloves to search the outer clothing and manipulate what they feel. None of us saw what happens, the video does not show. We are going by an edited video. You are make it sound like the officer is jamming his finger in and out his butt. The officer even states.. I had him pull his pants down a little and didn't see anything but I'm not going in there so I am going to let him go. This to me tells me this search with gloves was done on the outside of the clothing. I did not hear or see where the cop did a anal finger probe or search. Y'all jump to conclusion without all the facts. And your source is some edited propaganda video.

Ok cop defender.....tell us this...what did this couple do to warrant to get anal searched? They did nothing wrong to begin with to get pulled over, yet they get thrown into handcuffs without even being told why. They call a drug dog out there, which is an easy way for cops to get permission to search people through probable cause, which is bullshite as they give these dogs all this power, but at the end of the day it is a fricking dog. They can be trained to make a 'sign' to let cops know of drugs, but the cop can say that about anything.

So again, how can you defend this POS cop for pulling an anal search on someone when there is no proof of drugs whatsoever. Did the cops ever find drugs, or did they make up some bullshite charge to rape this woman on the side of the road.

People wonder why cops get shot and killed, and it is because of this fricking reason right here.

So a finger in the butt is worthy of the death penalty?

Obviously not....but, you could make an argument defending the driver or the passenger if they'd opened fire once the sexual assault began.

Let's be clear if these weren't cops that's rape-- forcible penetration at gunpoint?

There was no probable cause. No accepted law enforcement standard was followed regarding the search. With acceptable legal representation, no convictions would be attained and any alleged benefit to society the police feel may be achieved is negated by the unlawful actions that reinforce cultural stereotypes in African American communities regarding the general distrust of law enforcement.

It's horrible law enforcement that should cost the officers their jobs and the police force and community should be liable to allow this level of pervasive ignorance of the law exist amongst law enforcement officers.
