I was going to say Louisiana Republicans bc they are some of the most crooked, spineless, idiotic politicians among us. I just included them all bc it's Louisiana politicians, they're all the same.

Yes I do realize that. And while that is certainly possible, it is not likely the case here. Close to 90% of people in that city vote democrat. Chances are pretty high that an art gallery owner in SF voted for the officials responsible for this mess.
