Any other baws just get an email from local school districts in Texas about this?
quote:

Law enforcement does not have any reason to believe there is credibility to this threat but we take all threats to school safety seriously. Our School Resource Officers (SRO) are aware and will continue to monitor their respective campuses. At this time, there is no cause for concern, and normal school operations will continue in our schools. We will provide an update if we receive more information. As always, the safety of our students and staff is always our top priority.

I would imagine that a credible threat would elicit action from some organizations that aren't school cops.

The “school cops” in our school district are indeed actual police officers.

There is an agreement with local law enforcement and school district to provide individuals on campus for safety.

I get that.

I'm saying that credible threats of terrorism by a foreign organization is typically not met with, "the cops are looking out".

Ours are the same. We got the email from the superintendent saying they felt it not credible but would add additional officers to campuses.

Russia really doesn't want this smoke...and they'd be held accountable. Even if they weren't, they wouldn't let us operate in their territory to hunt the people down, which would bring them into the picture that way.

Dude's fighting an insurgency from caves on their home turf are a pain in the arse. Put us in a straight up fight against a conventional force, and it's going to get ugly fast, even with our tranny/lowered standards.

You'll run into the problem of the large contingent of Putin sympathizers on this board and the Poli board with this thread

No.

That's why I wouldn't be worried. I'm sure a lot of parents are going to freak the frick out, though.

Russian gangs do ransomware, not bomb threats. Kids do bomb threats. There’s no money in bomb threats

Many School Resource Officers are actual hired and trained by the local police departments of the cities or counties the schools are in. Employed by the police with a dotted line to the principal of the school or schools they work in.
