The rescue helicopter was not shot down. Also that picture is of onee of the pilots who ejected from the plane.
The helicopter was disabled by a TOW Missile LINK

Was the plane shot down from the ground?? The initial report I heard was that Turkish f-16 brought it down.

I'm just saying that the OP is mixing up the fighter jet & helicopter incidents. Yes, the Rebels destroyed a RUS helicopter.
