Russia has been accused of using incendiary weapons in its air strikes on Syria after its Moscow-funded news channel broadcast footage appearing to show a Russian aircraft equipped with banned bombs.
Russia Today aired footage showing RBK-500 ZAB-2.5SM bombs attached to a Su-34 fighter-ground attack aircraft, experts from Human Rights Watch have concluded.
The incendiary weapon, which is banned by an international convention, is described by witnesses as a 'fireball' because it ignites while falling and lights up the sky.
The bomb's flammable thermite content burns at 2,200C and ignites fires that are hard to put out. It is the hottest burning man-made substance and can burn human flesh down to the bone.

Inhumane way to kill people.
It's why napalm is off limits.

Russia Today
I wonder how long before the producer or managing editor dies in a mysterious accident.

So? Its war, banning weapons is retarded.

Have to dispose of them somewhere. Russia is storing them in Syria. The only problem is that Russia is dropping the bombs off from about 10,000 feet.

Darth didn't you post something a few months ago showing thermite being used? Or as that phosphorus?
Posted on 6/23/16 at 12:45 pm to MSTiger33
They should package them more carefully.

I think it's funny that incendiary weapons are banned by some international convention but nuclear weapons are not.
