these things are pretty stupid. 90% of the people, or more, really never do anything. its the few maniacs at the front lines that are actually fighting. plenty of it is just throwing shite and a random beating of a guy who strays from the pack.

I 100% completely misunderstood the use of the term Hooligan before this. I thought it was just a bunch of drunk super-loyal and boisterous fans who got into the occasional brawl with opposing fans of the same ilk. Kind of "Tiger Bait" on steroids.
I didn't realize they specifically went out looking for and starting trouble. frick these guys. I would advocate for shoot on sight laws when they wander the streets like this. Reminds me of the "immigrant" riots the Muslims are pulling in some countries lately where they just roam in packs and dare the authorities to try to arrest them.

It's particularly sad that even when these miscreants get out from under the gloom that is dying modern Russia, they still cause trouble. They should be trying to defect to a civilized country that has modern technology and a semi-productive economy, but instead they're flipping over outdoor tables.

In the comments someone found a picture of the guy. He had the camera on his waist. There is no excuse for those shorts or the fedora.
