Shiftworker . . . Are you in the Utilities plant at BASF? I was there for a couple of years (2001-2003).

REG uses animal fat to create biodiesel. The plant was poorly designed and operated while it was Dynamic Fuels.

Yeah they moved it to Geismar bout 40 years ago.

My uncle was burned. Nothing life threatening, thank God, but he is being transferred to BR general burn unit.

Damn man, I'm hoping the best for him. Burns suck but at least he is alive and not in critical condition .

Just his arm and side. Just always a scary situation... Was good friends with and graduated high school with the guy that perished in the Williams-Olefins plant fire. And that seems like just yesterday.

I was at work for Williams too. Shook the control room. Scary stuff. Glad your uncle is ok.

Man I've heard about the burn unit. He's gonna wish he died when they scrub those scabs tomorrow.

Uncle will have a skin graft done on his left arm. Other worker was burned on face/neck. I'm not use how bad.
