Any notes on the area? Good neighborhoods? bad neighborhoods?
Crime rates?
Thinking of buying OR renting and I'm trying to get a feel for the area.

I'm in Park Timbers. It's a perfect neighborhood. Limited access in and out, houses in NOLA with actual yards that you can afford and the neighbors give a shite about the place. . If you have a family and are dead set on Algiers then you should come take a look.

Algiers is a dump outside just a few areas. Park Timbers, English Turn, aurora. Tall Timbers looking runs down these days. Algiers point is surrounded by ghetto.
