Any recommendation for a window company that can replace wood casement windows?

Is there still any tax rebate from the energy peoples if you replace windows with more "energy efficient" types? I know they used to offer incentives like that.

ETA: I can't help in the recommending department, but I have thought about replacing our windows for a while.

I think my HOA is a pain in the arse about making sure it stays wood. I’d love an energy efficient window.

I’d ask the HOA if wood windows are still mandated. Ours revised our restrictions to allow aluminum & vinyl clad a few years ago. They’re a fraction of the price & last a helluva lot longer.
