Yeah, may take two out and then run water through the rest.

Look at the life expectancy of someone diagnosed with lung cancer.

Hint, it's not good.

man, I know the feeling. Just stick with it. Focus on the days without cigs instead on the lapses.

Focus on how much better everything smells and tastes. Also, the money in your pocket.

Take zero out and run water through all of them.

If you don't have the willpower to do it for yourself, do it for someone you love.

it's a chemical addiction. relapses are almost guaranteed.

just hold your head up. try harder tomorrow to not even think about nicotine. and the next time you get the itch. go for a 10 mile bike ride or a 5 mile run.

I've stopped unless I'm at a bar that allows smoking. Went from a pack a day then went to only smoking when I drink. Now I only smoke when I'm at a bar that allows smoking and it's all around me.

Don't beat yourself up. No one expects you to stop cold turkey.

Get yourself an e-cig/vaporizer.

I have a Kangertech Subox mini and I love it.
