Sissy Wood: She's great. Knows the entire area really well and has a ton of experience.

Jodi Power: Has sold a ridiculous amount homes in he past few years because she works her butt off.

Erin Rotolo: Great agent and extremely nice person.

Shaun McCarthy: Have worked with him in multi-family only, but knows his stuff and is easy to work with.

Sorry. We're going to buy a home, we've decided we want to stay in Metairie. It's going to be a new to us home.

I could hit a baseball into the chopper city baw. My house there would be $200k more without the yard. Plus, when I call the cops, they show up

These threads and every one on Facebook make me shake my head.

It further proves how low the barrier to entry is to be a real estate agent. Everyone thinks the one they know or family member is THE BEST. It's laughable.

The thing is- there is a "THE BEST" realtor in Nola. It's not far fetched to believe that someone that post on here knows that person.

Me too.

Sure there are some absolute terds out there, but for the most part anyone in the business more than a couple years is generally worth their salt.

Realtors get way too much of a bad rap IMO considering how many crappie professionals I've encountered of any and all professions..... even some with "high degrees of education

A few outsell others year in and year out (and have been for 10+ years). What if one of the top ones is a family member? Not so laughable then
