(Re traffic) Everyone who flooded staying in ascension?

I was told old Perkins is reopen yet traffic continues to be a complete and utter nightmare. This is back to post Katrina. Is everyone who flooded in the surrounding area staying with family and friends in prairieville? What gives? Can't wait to see the fun it'll be once the schools reopen!

Ummmm. This has nothing to do with a traffic discussion. I'm familiar with the losses our community has suffered.
