Randall's first week on the job at Baskin Robbins = Success. Full report inside.

Overall I would say Randall has happy with his decision to work at Baskin-Robbins. He did get a call back from Dennis's and Kroger's but he ignored both.

So Randall has worked 5 shifts so far at Baskin-Robbins. Making that money!

He said a typical shift involves him, another worker, and a shift leader or manager.

The manager is named Ryan. He is a local kid who went to high school in the area and to University of North Texas. He said he is pretty cool and laid back and not a micromanager or anything.

One of the shift leaders is a girl named Trini who is a student at UT-Dallas. Randall said Trini can get on his nerves because when Ryan isn't there she kind of slacks off and makes the two normal workers do all the work, and also too many of her friends come by and she socializes with them instead of working.

The other shift leader he has worked with is a guy named Anthony. He said he likes working with Anthony better because he pulls his own weight more than Trini.

Lastly there are 3 different normal employees he has worked with so far.

First is his least favorite, a girl named Charkeithia who he said is the worst employee there. He hopes she gets fired soon as she is always texting, has poor customer service, and comes in late and always wants to leave early. He said she cuts corners and has poor work ethic and one night did a poor job on closing duties that they all had to re-learn how to properly do said duties.

Second is another guy he works with named J'Wallace. J'Wallace is 2 years older than Randall and graduated high school last year and now takes classes at Northlake Community College. He said J'Wallace is the opposite of Charkeithia, J'Wallace works hard, doesn't cut corners, has good customer service, shows up on time, and doesn't want to leave until the work is done.

Last is a guy he works with named Austin, who Randall says is a slacker/gamer nerd. Austin is at least 23 years old, probably older, who has been taking classes at community college for years now but has shown no initiative, and instead just continues to live at home and play video games all day when he isn't working. He works at Baskin Robbins simply to have money for gaming and weed. That's it. Randall says he gets tired of his non-stop video game/anime/geek culture references. Also, Austin has dreams of one day moving to Japan and being a game designer.

Overall Randall's first week of work is in the books and he can not wait to start banking that cheddar to get him a set of wheels so he can ride with his homies.
