Pulled a veteran move and got there 15 minutes before it opened, and got a BBQ pit, 3 rocking chairs, and a table for the back patio for just under $500. Was out of there by 11:15 didn't have to rub elbows with too many of the dregs of society. Although it's sad that someone had to lose their life so I could buy quality goods for cheap, the taste of this flame grilled steak almost makes it worth it.

Pics of items bought would make this a much better thread than just talking about how awesome you are.

Maybe I can contemplate while I relax in my masterfully crafted rocking chair.

But seriously, I take it back because now I'm nervous.

I would, but this is the OT and I know better than to post a pic of my vinyl siding back patio

It's cheap yes. But the chairs and rockers are not high quality

My aunt goes out there every year to buy brand new chairs and rockers for her front yard for cheap. For what she pays for them, a year of use is good enough. She's been doing it for over 10 years now.

80% are pretty standard chairs but if you look there are some nice ones. Time will tell if mine hold up but I like to think I did my due diligence

Do they sell t-shirts? I'd kill (kill, bad choice of word) for a Free Roy t-shirt.

You aren't supposed to flame grill meat on a BBQ pit.

In fact, not any steak on a BBQ either. BBQ is low temp, long cook.

Sorry.

If you would have waited until the last Sunday of the month ....you could've got all that for under $250

I like some low and slow for sure, but since I'm waiting for my brick oven broiler to be serviced I had to throw it on the pit
