Sounds like discrimination to me.

Sure is, they discriminate against whites and blacks who won't show up at school and put in the work to graduate. They also discriminate against whites and blacks who don't follow the rules of the school. I know this is unique nowadays.

d. I cannot recall every hearing of a situation where a white person had their civil rights violated. Can a white persons rights be violated? Or is this politically incorrect? Discuss.

Yes white people can, it's called unconstitutional.

In BR a few years back now, a white man and his family stop for gas in NBR. Black man walks up to him and says "you are in the wrong part of town" ends up knocking out the man and his wife in front of their children....BR courts decided that it WASNT a hate crime...complete bill shite

This isn't what happened

The DA decided to just pursue the second degree battery charge in the guy because that is much easier to prove than a hate crime

And the DA knew that once he got the second degree battery conviction (which he did) he could get the guy sentenced to life as a multiple offender (which he did)

I'd say the guy spending the rest of his life in jail is justice in that case

Your the ignorant fool generalizing about me. You don't know jack about me. I asked a simple question and it didn't involve you. But honestly I am not surprised at this coming from you.

Your attacking me and calling me a pussy? I could really get personal here but I am above you so I won't do that.

Thanks, now that is a intelligent well thought out response not a emotional rant from a fool who is offended and feels violated by a simple question and statement. But again I am not surprised considering the source.

I am fully aware of the result of the case and i like Hillar Moore but the point is if this was on the other foot and a middle class white male knocked out a black male and his wife because "they were in the wrong neighborhood" that would be national news. You are lying to yourself if you say it wouldn't me.

because they could send him to prison for life as a career offender instead. The DA's office explained this repeatedly, but melt away. Sorry I see I'm late.

Ponchy, I am just saying. Really learn the difference between "your" and "you're".

It really hurts your case without it.

The result of the actual case isn't what concerned me. I am glad the guy won't see freedom for a very long time, if ever. What I don't like is the double standard if the situation was reversed.

Not really, I am not discussing my uses of your and you're. Yes I make mistakes and I know the differences. I type so fast I make far more mistakes than that and have to go back and edit.

I'm not saying I am perfect about it either but it hurts your argument when you are in a heated internet debate with someone because it gives the other party ammunition to make fun of you....I was just trying to look out for you

My problem with that whole deal was that the law wasn't applied equally or correctly. They went for the easy case I get that. But was justice really served for the victim. The guy was put away because he was a repeat offender not actually because of what was clearly a hate crime against someone for no other reason than their race.
