Question about a specific picture frame/possible DIY project

my goddaughter is in kindergarten and turned 5 this past year. her mother has given me her school photo each year since she started pre-k or whatever 2 years ago. anyway, my plan is to over the years compile these photos from now thru her senior year of hs and give them to her in one big arse picture frame as a hs grad gift.

a long time ago one of my neighbors had a frame sort of like what im describing where their parents put 12 pictures in the frame of them from 1st-12th grade. i've tried to locate one but have been unsuccessful lately. obviously, i have a few years ahread of me to get this done ( ) but im kinda eager to get it underway with the first couple of pics. if not there's always the DIY route.

this wont be the only gift i give her, im sure, but thought it would be a special surprise for her and her parents who are like bro/sis to me.

tl, dr i need a frame with like 12 or 13 holes where i can insert wallet sized photos. any particular ideas of where i can look? no dice at hobbeh lobbeh and such so far.
