No, she doesn't. What's your source for that, TMZ? If it counts landholdings that technically belong to the country, not her personally, which she cannot liquidate, then it's bullshite. If you can't sell something, or mortgage it, do you really own it? Buckingham Palace is decaying and falling apart around her, but here you are asserting that she's worth more than Buffet? Someone who can't afford maintenance on her house?

Yeah, I've seen estimates that put the Queen's net worth at around $500 million.

Exactly. She's rich compared to me, but the real rich of Britain are said to laugh about how the royal family are really, really small potatoes so far as money goes.
Buffet could sell a tiny percentage of his Berkshire Hathaway stock and have more cash than the royals could ever come up with. They're attributed with "ownership" of a bunch of land they can't really sell. But if you can't liquidate it, then that's not fee simple ownership - here or in the UK, since our legal system is a derivative of theirs. If they can't sell or mortgage their properties and keep the cash for themselves, then they're really just custodians of those properties (which IS what they are) and it's silly to attribute that value to them as part of a calculation of their wealth.
That'd be like attributing the value of the national parks to Trump since he is their custodian via the executive branch department of the interior which oversees them.
