Im no expert, but I'm almost positive that the buoyancy of the island won't let it flip over.

Hiwever, it is possible that it could collide with a neighboring island, but it would take a lot stronger winds than 165mph. That's why they don't have a lot of trees at the edge of the island to catch the wind. Things like that could act as a sail.
