What exactly do they plan to accomplish with this? Most school districts give inadequate educations to most students. Now they gonna have a shitty drug rehab program?
Will Cover how are they paying for this as a public school? Property taxes going up? Toll Roads?

We had something like this in jr high and high school. But you got a discount card to places around town. I think DARE sponsored it or something. My dad wouldn't let me do it at the time. Took me a few years to realize why. I just wanted the discount card and the party were you could skip class if you were a part of the program.
