PSA: The stomach flu fricking sucks ...

Our daughter got it last Sunday, then my wife woke up at 1:45 yesterday morning puking her guts up and shitting. Now tonight is my turn. I was down in SE GA for a baseball camp and the first round hit me in Dublin(45 miles outside of Macon), I stayed in the stall at the rest stop on I-16 for almost an hour, threw up once, and was able to get back in the car and drive the last hour and a half home. As soon as I got in the house the big one hit.
I haven't had this since I was a teenager. It fricking sucks. I never get sick.

It is miserable but do try to get down some Gatorade. Dehydration can happen when you are vomiting and having diarrhea.
