PSA: Chase Bank Sucks

They charge you a fee to cash a check if you don't have an account even if the check is written from a chase account.
They refuse to take coins unless they are rolled and they will not take extras or half filled rolls. However, if you're a business, then they will take the coins, but not if you're an individual
So stay with Capital One who does none of those things.

They charge you another $2.50 on top of the atm fee if you use a non chase atm.

This is true....and annoying...but its not hard to find a chase ATM in Baton Rouge which is nice.

Chase Bank is actually the best bank for features and technological advancements. The fact that they don't treat their non customers the way they do their customers only means they think you suck.
