she needs to talk to a divorce attorney ASAP (not me), and i can tell you which to use if she's living anywhere near here
would you be able to give me your recommendation on here or through your mom's work email maybe?

What kind of kick-back do you get for a referral?

You should ask him the best way to get his referral

Convert everything to cash ASAP and then deny that it ever existed.

immediately transfer everything from their joint bank account into her personal bank account.

before he does...
Obviously, he can't be trusted. Their bills are paid from this joint account. She can transfer everything over and pay those bills from her personal account.

You've been an OK brother in law up until this point but I'm about to come to your house and beat your arse for this.Oh,and Wells Fargo app, bitch
Posted on 7/30/14 at 9:51 pm to purpngold
Oh ok. Making it to where she can pay the bills seems like really the only step

So you effectively told her to steal his money? Nice
Posted on 7/30/14 at 9:52 pm to purpngold
Yes, tell her to take the money. Let her be in charge and divide it all later. Screw him!

Tell her to consult with each of the best attorneys in the area, even if she does not plan on using them, from my understanding if she just consults with them, then he can not use them because of a conflict of interest, not sure this is true, just what I have heard
