Maybe? Maybe not? It is really far out there. We're talking Loveless Cafe far, right?

how is that far?

i could get from traceside (less than a mile from loveless) to demonbreun downtown in 19 minutes on a good day. it was more like 25 minutes on average.

I wonder what it'll look like in 20+ years when all the kids grow up and move out.

damn, harsh.

i'm now exactly 18.3 miles from my office on demonbreun as the hillsboro crow flies now that i'm in franklin but we both know how that road gets during the school year.

40 and 65 are both equally yucky options. waze literally gives me identical drive times for 40, 65 and hillsboro so all i have to do is check to see which one is fricked by a wreck before i choose a path in the mornings.

originally some of the residential was going to spill over into davidson but nobody is going to buy there if they're spending 1/2 mil+ for a house. nobody.

There may be some live work on Davidson side that is 55+ and NHC may affiliate/service. Not part of what i'll be doing out there.

I'm always off hours so I can be downtown in 25 minutes from Temple Hills

A 4BR 3 bath house here is easily over a million and probably closer to two.

"Here" is Arlington, VA.

depends on the community here, but we're not far behind. A majority of Westhaven construction is not custom or high end. Its a Southern Land development.
Its also in 37064 which is not as desirable unless you live in downtown Franklin proper.

In my hood, which is all custom, lowest priced home on market was 1.1M and was 4041ft2 with unfinished basement. Finished square footage that's 270/ft2
