Yes I like most of the small spyderco line.

Lately I've been carrying the Cat with the G10.

I picked up a Benchmade - Mini Barrage earlier this week. It's a pretty bad arse little knife. Glad I went with the assisted open. Thanks for the recs OT.

FYI There is a shop in slidell that had about 2,500 different knives on display and the staff was very helpful if anyone else is looking for a new every day carry.

S&W 1ST Response

I received this as a gift a few years ago, I've never needed more.

Edited: Got the wrong model the first time.

What's the best place to go check out knives in Baton Rouge?

Bass Pro in Denham or Cabela's in Gonzales have lots of stuff, including Kershaw. Academy has some knives but not as good of a selection or quality.

Benchmade Volli

Was a graduation president from my attendings which is the only reason I'm not carrying around a $10 folding knife from the bargain cave...

It amazes me that people would carry that monstrosity around.

I've been doing a little research this week...trying to find something comparable to my Boa for an everyday carry. I found a few that had the right look for the right price... but neither were as heavy as the Boa.

If anybody has had 1st hand experience with either of the following knives - I'd love to get your opinion.
