I know it’s not LSU related but this could be the best thing that ever happened to Louisiana education and possibly other states. Please WATCH it and SPREAD it. I don’t do all the social media stuff but I figure a lot of people on here are way better at it than me. Thanks. My good deed for the day.

Who could possibly have a problem with this? My kids went to private schools and didn’t have these issues. Imagine if we could get the public schools straightened out. This could be a game changer.

Why, I think this is awesome. Who would have thought, parents getting more involved in the schools would be a improvement. I applaud these men, good move!!!

I'm a high school teacher and a huge part of the problem is lack of home training. If its the kids dad how is he going to fix anything when they think their kid is perfect and can do no wrong. All the Bs we heard during the pandemic when parents said "God Bless the teachers! Teaching is hard nd they are so underpaid!" is now "What raise?!?!"

It’s pretty normal for parents to be involved in other “communities”.

I was not trying to be political and this shouldn’t be political. As a matter of fact, I HATE politics. I just thought it was a great idea and wanted to spread it and thought this might reach a lot of people. How is dads getting involved in their kids HS a political thing??

I mean it took 23 fights in 4 days. Not that that hasn’t been going on for a generation now.

WTF does this have to do with the rest of the thread?

Oh that’s right, you’re a teacher and need to remind us of how hard you work and underpaid you are.

To the topic, great job dads getting involved. Need more like them.

People are telling you that you simply posted this on the wrong board. No need to be defensive..just post it on appropriate boards....

That’s actually something really good. Fathers are so important and the lack of decent dads is one of the big problems in this country

I’m pretty sure a big majority of the OT has zero problems with fathers trying to be a good influence on kids lives
