The persistence of the a-hole that advertises guitar and piano lessons in and around Baton Rouge is absolutely astounding! This fricker has successfully planted 100s of illegal plastic signs on the side of roads across Baton Rouge and surrounding communities and has been doing this for years.

Serious question - Why won't LEOs simply call the number(s) that these signs advertise, set up an appointment and go hand the person a fine, then tell him to pick up all the signs or continue to pay fines/face jail time? It would literally be that easy!

This guy has posted illegal signs all over the city and surrounding areas for years and years. Does he have some sort of contract with the city? LEOs please get off your arse and fine and/or arrest this guy and other trash bags for littering our city with their trashy illegal advertisements. The phone number is literally posted on every damn sign but here I'll give it to you -

Sure but considering how easy it would be to catch him, what does this say about our LEOs and city officials who stand idly by while he litters up every damn road in the city and surrounding areas?

I would be more worried about the trash walking around BR than a guy trying to teach kids to play an instrument.

I've got a few of them. They make great target holders and you can set them at multiple distances for longer range.

The responses to this thread illustrate everything that is wrong with Louisiana. I'm not joking.

It's why every area looks like shite and every ditch is filled with trash. Nobody gives a shite. Keep fighting the good fight.

There's an old man who picks up realtors signs. He mostly picks up the directional open house signs. He's robbed me a few times. He's a mean old frick.

These aren't on private land. They are on public highways and even on the side of the interstate. There are two of his signs right now at the intersection of Oneal lane and I-12 that you can clearly see as you get onto the westbound lane of I-12
