We really like the Cocos Hotel but it only has one restaurant so kinda makes the all inclusive part less attractive. For those that have been, where did you stay, what were your experiences, what would you recommend/not recommend, etc?

Skip Antigua. Punta Cana is where it's at.

We went for a friend's wedding a couple of years ago. Spend the required 3 nights at Sandal's, it sucked. Headed down to a small Hotel in English Harbor. We had a good trip, but I wouldn't go back. English Harbor is good for a day trip.

With that being said, those people are honest as can be. We went to the hotel and dropped of luggage then headed back to town to waste a few hours. I dropped my money clip in the cab with $500, debit, credit and driver's licence. Cop had another cabbie bring us to the airport and called ahead. When we got there, the driver had all my stuff. Unbelievable...

Jumby Bay.

Used to be the best. It's been a while since I've been to Antigua so look into it and make sure it's still the best.
