I may be stuck in Pineville this weekend. Any suggestions on what to do in Pineville.

Oh, and how's the talent in the vicinity

I'd say head on over to Alexandria, but that would be a lateral move

Pineville, huh? Well, some of the local baws meet at Pete's barn on Friday nights to have a few brewskies before heading out on the nighttime coon hunt. As far as local talent, there is Charlene, Pete's cousin. I just hope you like the taste of cigarettes.

Joke's on you... you can't buy beer at CVS in Pineville.

Seriously though there isn't crap to do in that hell hole. Your somewhat better bet is to go to Alexandria and try the Mirror Room at the Hotel Bently. I went when I was in Alexandria last December. Not a terrible place. They had a good pizza place across the road.

Ill be there this weekend. My hangout has the best cooking/food in the whole damn parish. But the cook is kind of grumpy. He doesn't allow for strangers because our family has plenty enough of our own drama/theatrics.

If it were me and I didn't have friends or family to hang out with, I might go grab dinner at Diamond grill and hang out at the hotel Bentley bar. And Harlows donuts for breakfast.

ETA: I happen to think BJ's pizza is the best pizza ever, but that's what I ate growing up.

There's truly not a ton to do there, but I'm always busy when I go home. My dad cooks around the clock and we have hot meals every 4-5 hours. My family hangs out together from the time my little family arrives until the time we depart. So I personally love Pineville but if you don't have people to hang with... you may be bored.

I don't think so. Is that supposed to be a bar?

The only Sally I can find in Pineville is a beauty supply store.
