Phil Mickelson named by the SEC in an insider trading scheme..

I'm not saying he's guilty or not but I'd rather have the info from a more reliable source that an athletic conference.

He has agreed to pay back his profit made and was not accused of doing anything illegal himself, merely just profiting off of illegal activities of others, and will not face charges.

I'm not going to lie to you, this notification popped up from ESPN and I actually thought it was SEC. Was wondering which team would be fricked now and why they weren't mentioned... I should probably kilo myself
