Dude upped his offer for Kanye's album then got contacted by some guy named Daquan claiming to be part of Kanye's clan. Shkreli sent the Bitcoin and Daquan disappeared.

1. I can think of 15 million better ways to spend $15 million.
2. It would appear he did not do his due diligence when dealing with Daquan. I personally would never hand over $15 million to a Daquan.
3. I see no problem with this dumbarse losing his $15 million since he chose to be so careless with it. Hats off to Daquan.

If anyone has sunk to the bottom at life like me and watches his Youtube videos occasionally, this is probably all just a game. He is actually pretty sarcastic and jokes around a lot. Its hard to explain, its like he doesn't wanna be a villain but since the media makes him out to be one, he just goes along with it. His interviews on his Youtube channel are actually worth watching.
