I post this same thought on here on occasion, but it really is true. I have less stress when driving in midtown Manhattan than I do when driving in Baton Rouge.

Is there a wreck on the interstate (probably a rhetorical question) because Perkins gets worse as people get off the interstate and try to detour on Perkins.
