I saw Blues Traveler at the Horde Fest in Dallas in summer of '96 or '97. John was at the peak of his fattest, and it was well over 100 degrees that day. They played like a 2 1/2 hour+ set. He was sweating like he was about to die then. We had already seen Lenny Kravitz pass out during his set 3 only songs in. I though we were seeing John Popper croak right before our eyes. He we are 20 years later, though.

Saw the same show in Austin that year. Good thing his set was at night. Met him on 5th st. about 8 years ago. He was with a friend. Hung out with him most of the night. Cool as frick. Nice to everybody. The weight was still down.

Billy Graham
Thought I remembered hearing he died some time ago. Recently heard he's still alive and pushing 100 years old.
