I'd rather someone drive safely 5mph under than some jackass driving erratically because he's posting on a message board while driving.

Get used to it, more and more there are drivers of commercial vehicles equipped with GPS systems that report 100% realtime and their jobs can be predicated on their recorded driving behaviors.
