I work in a technical/manufacturing field.
Several months ago all hell broke loose.
An instrument that needed to be in service at a certain time wasn't. As a result people were scrambling to get it up and support production.

It had been my responsibility.
It was claimed I didn't do my job.
Thing is, I did. I had the instrument setup ready to go. The other person knew such( I have emails proving this).

I was made to look like shite.
I have data, emails, etc showing everything was good to go, but this person simply lied to make me look bad.

After things calmed I sat with supervisor. Showed him everything and was like WTF.

He did nothing.

Now, there are other lies regarding my performance. Claiming I didn't do this or that. I have data and documentation proving otherwise.

It's literally like I'm in crazy world.
These two people who are legit insane make crazy allegations about me. And, despite having proof that's it's bullshite I catch heat.

Sorry for wall of text.
How do I handle this shite?

Even if you are right and have proof you were right it sounds like things aren’t going your way. I’d stop worrying about things beyond your control. If you think you are in real trouble start looking for another job. It is infinitely easier to get a job while employed vs after getting fired.

Talk to your boss. Bring them proof.

Hmm. Do you really like your job? You may need to do some crazy shite, kinda risky but not much choice, you’re being cornholed and gaslit at the same time.

No way.

In a plant, you can at least cuss your coworkers and boss out.

Are you by chance a minority? IDC Just trying to see what ammo we got to work with.

Would you have a problem with identifying as a woman for a few months?

No.
6'4'' white male former college athlete.

I only add that because, one time we were working on a job with a bunch of people. The 2 psychos screamed at me from 30ft claiming that I threw out their samples.
An older female employee reported it to my boss that they "treat me like a dog, and talk to me inappropriately". Nothing happened.

My wife says I need to report shite to ethics hotline.

If you have documents and receipts and you sustain tangible damages such as getting demoted or fired, you can probably sue for wrongful interference with business relations.

Start putting your feelers out for a new job. You can’t strike back unfortunately. Best to just get the hell out of there.

If you have documentation, take it to HR and see what they can do. If nothing is done locally to your satisfaction, then you may need to see corporate.

That's the thing.
I have a great relationship with all the engineers I support, all the folks in logistics, and technical sales.

It's crazy.
2 psychos 1 of which is legit schizophrenic are fricking with my career.

I think my supervisor not doing anything even with others reporting I'm treated like shite could be significant.
