I'm pretty sure the bullet went out his mouth and hit the inside of the vehicle. What he swallowed was likely a tooth or a piece of his skin. That caliber was probably a 25 or 32 which you still wouldn't want to be shot with. Some poster said it best. I hope he kills himself before he kills someone else. That is definition of soon that has no regard for another's life.

eta: watching again it looks like he shot at an angle so that the bullet just went out his mouth hole. And that means the bullet didn't just go clean through but went through at an angle. ouch
