PDF convert to excel software

Any good recommendation for a software That converts PDF docs to excel without a lot of manipulation?

I take the pdf, right click,and open with word. Then copy from word and paste into excel. Works most of the time and makes a table.
That is what I do but someone else probably has some fancy new software and will tell me where I am wrong.

Can't you just file print to PDF?
Nuance makes a very good software that allows you to do a lot with PDF.
ETA - Sorry just re-read your OP. I'm a backwards idiot. I'd go with Nuance.

I'll give an update in a few days. If Word does not work, then I'll probably try Nuance. I like what I am reading so far with Nuance.
