Should you be snooping on your kids?
Hell yes!
What does the TD think?
Your kids and their close friends social media will tell you everything about them.
How far do you let their privacy go while they are living in your house driving your cars.
Should you wait till they are in trouble first and get something on their record that will be with them for life?
My opinion only. Parents are not paying enough attention now days. Kids doing drugs, bringing guns to school, drinking and driving. How??

trust them until they do something to violate your trust.
they can be as wild as they want as long as they are being smart about it. if they are smart enough not to get caught (by me or the law) then i trust their judgement.
i have no kids fwiw.

Ask the NSA to provide a report. They are already watching

Raise them the right way and trust them. If you need to snoop, it's your own fault.

Be a better parent and you won't have to go spytech 2000 on your kids

When they frick up
Bust that arse
They continue to frick up
Continue to bust that arse
No need for preemptive stuff
Unless you notice that they're showing signs of short bus shite.

Have a better relationship with your kids and raise them right and you won't have to do this
Snoop on your kids too much and they'll hide it better and hate you

My kids are grown 1 still in college, the other two with degrees. We're together ever weekend.
I really started the thread because of what I see around in the younger parents.
Do you actually want your kids to go to school and worry about the kid with the gun who's parents are not paying attention?

easiest way to guide your kids, just be involved in their lives.

Of course parents should be snooping. Anyone who says otherwise is a fool.
Hell I was snooping on my 12 year old nephew the other day when I grabbed his tablet and checked his history. Nothing bad on there but it needed to be checked

Show your kids vero trust and they will hate you forever. I promise.
You may think, "Oh well, I saved their lives." but in reality all you did was hold them back. All people need to be allowed to make their own mistakes.

Explain please.
If I buy the iPad for my 12 yo to use, why does he have any right to privacy?
