Paint Repair Shops - Help

God damn FEMA truck dropped some hurricane straps and scratched the hell out of my car. They stopped and are willing to pay for the damage, but I have no clue where to take it for some work. Every paint job I've had done on a car looked crappy within 1-2 years. Any of you guys had success with a place around Baton Rouge?? TIA
