I have had terrible tennis elbow for more than 3 years now. Play tennis a ton and the pain comes and goes in less severe to more severe waves. The inflammation is particularly bad after a workout. It has really become a part of playing and life that I just have to deal with. It's very manageable but has never seemed to 100% healed. Unless the OT has any other ideas

Only long term thing I saw was surgery if the tendon was actually torn. I'll let it relax and then I'll do some excercise a with bands to see if I can stretch and build up the strength in it better. Saw something about that as I have been researching.

However, if it is like this every time I'll just say frick it and not do arms. Can't even bend or stretch either arm out.
