Paging Cdawg or pool guys- need pool help

I'm paging Cdawg (in Cinco) but I am having pool issues. My farthest jets from the pump are not pushing out water. I think it's causing algae to form too soon due to the fact I am not circulating enough water.
Do I need to have someone come out and clean out the lines, or is this a bigger issue?
Anyone know a good pool guy in Katy? I don't want regular service but a guy that can check the lines and stuff.

There are 3 jets on that end of the pool. One is normal, one barley trickles out water, and the third has nothing coming out at all

What type of filter do you have?

Are you back washing your filter regularly? Are there any signs of leaks anywhere?

I have the 4 large cartridge filters. I took them out last weekend and cleaned them. They were in pretty shitty shape but I got them clean. They guy that owned this house before must have never cleaned them, which is why I think there is something possibly clogging the lines.
I am new to the pool thing, but I have learned quite a bit the last 4 weeks.

No signs of leaks. We just bought this house with the pool (pool is only 3 years old) and I had the pool inspected for leaks.

I was mostly paging Cdawg cause I know he knows the pool guys around here. Not necessarily for his pool cleaning advice.
