She's on the smaller side for my buddies when they would go to bars trying to pick up "Hoggin" ladies like this up. I stopped going to bars with them.

I had a couple of buddies like this. Their motto before walking into a bar was, "let's go fat early and beat the rush".

.. sat for a couple hours. While waiting, I remember hearing an Infant screaming.. The painful kind of screaming. I thought that was the worst sound ever... Then after some time the screaming stopped. Then about 10 min later I heard a grown woman screaming ..wailing..sobbing. then I realized ..nope - that was the worst sound ever. Remember vividly.
No idea how those ER workers make it through night after night. God bless them

Something very wrong here aside from the obvious. There's a hospital in Donaldsonville and Southeast Health in Dothan, AL is 35 minutes to the west. A pretty good hospital. It's a 1:30 -45 min drive to Americus GA. She wanted to make sure that baby died is all I can figure.
ETA: Gotta order that hooked on phonics deal - I see she was attending college in Americus. Thought this happened in D'ville.
