Ozark National Forest vs. Ouachita National Forest -- best for camping?

Anyone have experience with these two parks? I'm trying to make plans to go camping over Halloween weekend and they look similar, but I can't tell if one is significantly better than the other. Is it worth the extra 1.5 hours to go to Ozark, or should I save the time and visit Ouachita instead?

Petit Jean, Shady Lake/Albert Pike are two of the best areas IMO.
