The guy Cayden claims the girl isn't 18, how does he know? Why is she in Fred's? You would think they would be clamping down after all the other BS that happened at Fred's.

Alright, you made me read up. The guy is saying that dude (DrunkBK twitter account) sent an upskirt picture accidentally to the wrong group chat and that girl was under 18. Whether she is under 18 or not, that is illegal. He showed the picture that was sent but blacked out the crotch.

The piic is certainly illegal but I would think it reasonable to assume a girl in Fred's is 18. Not saying it would hold up in court but it would create a problem for Fred's
