only part of the house that seems to be affected is the upstairs bathroom on one side of the house.
When I was washing my hands, I noticed bubbling coming up from the toilet. Strange, but didnt think much of it. I come back to take a piss later and when I flush it backed up. I turned the water off to the toilet. I cant get it to drain even with a plunger. I noticed dirt in the bathtub, so I know water has recently backed up into the tub (we dont use this tub, we use on downstairs on the other wide of the house). I ran some tub water and it wont drain, just siting there.

It's a double wide house trailer?

Could be a vent issue. I gotta think they share a common drain line so if the downstairs drains then upstairs should as well as long as it's properly vented.
That or you could have a blockage between the upstairs drain and where it ties in downstairs.
Check vent and snake that sumbitch.

At least partially. Watch what you or your wife is putting down the toilet. The toilets today have so little "force" that stuff can get stuck pretty easy.
