OT Lifters: I reached a new milestone with a benchpress PR today

So i maxed out today on bench( usually max twice a week) and i was able to push 215 for 1 rep. Its a new PR for me. pretty pumped!!

Anyways... i just wanted to see where i stood in relation to the other OT Lifters..btw I'm 6'3 190 lbs.

Im maxing on squats tomorrow and bench again on friday...ill report back!

Why are you maxing bench twice in 5 days? Why not try to get stronger for a few weeks then try again.

its a new thing I'm trying... i figure the more max attempts you have the more times you can break your previous PR

That's a little lighter than my max but we probably have a similar, fairly lanky build as I'm 6'2", 190lbs. Pretty decent strength, but not great. You are average. Congrats.
