Get NBI. $400 a year and it's unlimited.

Beats the hell out of paying $400 for each one.

Just finished my last hour online. I don't really even know what it was about, I was only paying attention at the end to get the password for my certificate of attendance.

$400/year, is it all online? We can do 8 hours of distance learning in TN

Louisiana will honor all the hours in MS except for .5. So, I have to spend at least 30 minutes in the State of Louisiana for a CLE.

NBI is more convenient but god damn if the classes don't suck.

NBI is just so damn expensive. Louisiana CLE's are expensive and practically worthless.

They have online as well as in-person seminars all over the country. You can go to any NBI seminar in any state if you're a member (getting it approved by your state's CLE board is your job, though).

The also have teleconferences which are usually free. The on-demand stuff is an extra charge unless you get the super package.

Is that an affirmative defense when a client accuses you of inadequate representation?

Louisiana requires 8.5 in person every year. Freaking racket.

Try to find a speaking gig at a seminar. Speaking and writing for a one hour presentation gives you six hours. I run about 50 hours or so a year, but always end up having to do the professionalism hour on line.
